We, the organizing committee, ask that all information presented during the organizing campaign be truthfull and not misleading. We promise we will follow this standard. If any information we present is thought to violate this, we will gladly retract, clarify, or support our information. We ask that Office Depot mangement do the same.

We ask that a bulletin board be posted. The board will be placed in the breakroom in a location that is visible, yet not interfere with ordinary work. The board will be divided in two. One side will be available for management to make posts and the other side will be available for the employees to make posts. We ask that management agree.
We promise not to show favortism to anyone regarding their opinion of unions. We ask that Office Depot management make the same promise.
